There's a small park nearby, and the location is central, close to both the harbor and town center. The complex is well maintained, with a friendly welcome and things well organized. A lovely place, and a good option if you're traveling with a dog. Highly recommend it.
I've returned for several years now. Apartment No. 9 has a little terrace and is centrally located, near the harbor, town center, and beach. I can recommend it.
The food was tasty, though a bit dry, and the prices felt too high even for Norderney. €7.80 for 0.2 of red wine is way over the top. At those prices, there's only so much people will spend, even if they'd otherwise eat out more often and have another drink.
Dogs are welcome here, and residents can use a sun terrace. Our ground-floor apartment was right by the entrance, though, so sleeping with the window open wasn't possible. The entrance lighting also stayed on all night and made the apartment very bright. I'd book somewhere away from the entrance area next time.
I felt at home in this lovely apartment and could spend time there comfortably. I'm not very tall, so the kitchen cupboards were too high for me.
