The guesthouse is around 70 meters east of the "Klabautermann" (Klabautermann), and the center is an easy walk away. The breakfast buffet is extensive and served from 7-11 a.m. Our room, 101, was nice, with a small separate hallway and a street-facing balcony. The double bed mattresses were narrow, though. The elevator is unfortunately very loud, like a ferry just before docking in the harbor, so sleeping in is impossible. :-(

We came as a couple for the WhiteSands Festival, and we're heading home today. The guesthouse is well run and has everything you need, but the rooms get really warm. You can't leave the windows open because of the noise. Maybe air conditioning and a fully automatic coffee machine would be worth considering 🤓

The breakfast, location, and amenities were all fantastic, and the hotel itself was excellent. Thanks for the surprise for my 25th anniversary and birthday! :)
