The roof terrace is a real highlight, and the modern apartment was spotless. It’s a shame there’s nowhere at all to store bicycles, and the bedroom has no window.

The apartment is part of a complex with 16 units, something the description and photos never made clear. From the courtyard-facing terraces, cigarette smoke drifts up, so relaxing outside as advertised wasn’t really possible. The terraces themselves are in poor shape, with loose, rotten boards that make walking on them a safety concern. The old beach chair wasn’t inviting either. Inside, sockets had been pulled out of the wall, and the bedside lamp was broken, with glass shattered and the remaining part still stuck in its fitting. The listing photos are more than 11 years old and don’t show the worn-out state of the apartment. For its condition, the price felt far too high and the stay was very disappointing. The provider showed no understanding and offered no accommodation.

A small, lovely place with almost everything you could want. The balcony stays shaded all day, which is handy when it’s hot. The bedroom has an unusual layout ;-) The owners are nice, and the location is great.

We’d happily stay here again. The apartment was lovely, spotless, and thoughtfully put together, in a great, peaceful spot.

The apartment is nicely furnished to a high standard, and the location works perfectly for both the town and the beach. Everything was great.
