Sommerloft Norderney

The apartment was just as lovely in person as it looked in the photos, with tasteful decor throughout. We felt right at home, and it was clean and cozy even when the weather was bad. The beds were comfortable, and a baby cot was supplied at no extra charge. We really liked the location and would love to return…

We were pleasantly surprised by Shed XI. We’d booked it during the summer holidays because it was the only apartment that allowed dogs, although the basement location and some reviews had made us unsure. It matched the website description exactly, was clean and well cared for, and had a surprisingly nice feel for a basement flat. The living room has large, full-height windows and a lovely terrace. It’s a good spot if you don’t mind people around. The manager was friendly and explained what we needed to know, and after we arrived a staff member called to check that we’d made it safely. We had a wonderful week and were very satisfied with both the apartment and service. It was exactly what we’d booked.

Apartment XVI at Sommerloft was just right for us as a couple. We liked the simple, minimalist style, which still felt cozy, and the location was fantastic. Everything was just as described online, very clean and well maintained, and the staff member was really friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend Sommerloft.

We felt very comfortable in Shed XIV during our few days on Norderney for the autumn holidays. The modern furnishings, lovely wooden floors, and tasteful, clean interior were just what we expected from the website photos. Sommerloft’s phone team and the manager on Norderney were friendly and helpful, and shared tips for places to visit and restaurants. A coffee machine like the one in Shed XVII and a bit more light over the cooktop would have made it perfect. Still, I highly recommend Sommerloft. Great apartment, lovely people, and excellent value for money!
