The hotel gave us one free breakfast and a standard apology that their phone hadn't worked. That's what we got after a terrible night, and I think it's better to avoid this place. Booking.com said it was open until midnight, but at 11 PM the hotel was shut and nobody picked up. Emailing the hotel didn't work either. The city was asleep, with nowhere open, and it was -15 degrees outside. After hours going between the cold train station and the hotel, we ended up calling an ambulance and warming up at the hospital.

I come back here from time to time. The staff are helpful and friendly, and they give tips about the area. The rooms are okay, though on the small side. There's no air conditioning, but you can open the windows. Parking is 4,30 Euro per night.

The booking confirmation and website both say reception is open until midnight. I got there at 23:10 and found it closed. To get someone to come to the venue, you have to call an emergency number and speak with a security guard who doesn't speak any English.

My car broke down near this hotel at midnight while I was driving across Europe, and it was one of the worst days of my life. Reception had closed, but when I called, a man who works there kindly offered to come back. The staff showed real care. Humanity still exists here!
