The location is good and the rooms were clean, but we booked two standard rooms and they don't feel worth the price. There are only two clothes hangers, no cupboard or shelves, and no chairs apart from the desk chair. The bathroom mirror is mounted so high that, at average height, I could barely see my chin. Even the toilet roll is placed on a shelf that's awkward to reach.

I booked through Booking.com, which called the place Central Studio Apartments, but the stay was actually at Hotel Pfälzer Hof. The room and quality didn't match the pictures shown to customers. I feel strongly that this was misleading and that nobody seems to stop it. This shouldn't happen or be accepted.

For the price, the quality is a good match. The living room and bedroom are spacious, and the bathroom is good, though the kitchen is small. The bathroom fan is loud and can't be switched off. The TV only has German channels, with no YouTube or international channels. The windows could insulate better. The room wasn't cold, but you could feel cold air coming around the closed window, which probably isn't an issue in summer. On Friday night, people in the street were easy to hear through the closed windows.

A clean, cosy room in a great spot in the middle of the altstadt. It was nice overall, but there was no toilet paper and the kitchen is veeery limited, with two burners and barely any cutlery.

The view is just of another building, but the price still felt right. Inside, the rooms were really nice and clean. The manager and room service girls were so helpful and even arranged an early check-in for us.
