Sheraton Carlton Hotel Nürnberg

We spent about three weeks here on vacation and loved our stay. I’m a hotel GM in Orlando at Celebration Suites, and I was impressed by how consistently fantastic the staff were across the board. They’re professional and work really well together. The spa is well worth recommending, and the $25 Euros breakfast each morning had everything you need for a great start to the day. The morning team served it consistently and presented it beautifully. Corina Paur gave us exceptional five star service each morning, making my wife and me feel so welcome with her warm, lovely manner. We’ll miss her smile and energy. Thanks, Corina, for making our stay even more special. You’re a real asset to the hotel. Thanks to the Carlton Hotel team. We’ll see you again next year!

I enjoyed my stay, and the friendly, helpful staff made a good impression. The hotel is about three minutes from the train station. The spacious room felt outdated and needs renovation for a five star hotel. Breakfast was average, though there were lots of options and live cooking, so it could be improved. The Jacuzzi was the best part. There’s also a gym and swimming pool, but access is limited since they close around 10 or 11 pm.

I’ve stayed at Ibis, Radisson blue and Sheraton Carton hotel in Nurnberg, and this one was my favorite. The services were good, the location is really close to Nurnberg’s Main hauptbahof, and I enjoyed swimming here.

The location worked out perfectly, close to both the train station and the old town. The area around Nurnberg station was surprisingly clean and not run down. It was our first trip here, and we’re looking forward to coming back to the city and this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, making us feel at home, and breakfast was very nice too.
