We had plenty of room, and the apartment was clean. Being on a cow farm gives the place a nice atmosphere. The owner was incredibly welcoming and really interested in hearing what we’d done and what we had planned. It’s also a beautiful base for motorcyclists wanting to explore both Luxembourg and the Eifel region.

The hosts are so friendly, and we’d happily recommend a stay at Laaschhof. We rented the large apartment with a balcony and found it clean and equipped with everything we needed. Hiking routes in both Luxembourg and Germany are easy to reach from here, and there’s lots to see nearby.

That balcony is lovely in the evening sun, and it was interesting watching the hostess work on the farm. The farm dog kept us smiling the whole time. We miss him! The place is affordable and beautiful, with everything we needed. The hostess and her family were cheerful, easygoing, and friendly. Set in a peaceful little village in the Eifel Nature Park, it’s a great spot to relax. There’s plenty to do, from hiking and canoeing to day trips to Eifelpark, the Kruft Sculpture Trail, Luxembourg, and Vianten Castle. Even after the long journey, we’ll definitely come back to Laaschhof for another break.

Everything you might need was there, from shampoo, toothpaste, dishwasher tablets, and a hairdryer to all the cooking utensils. Vianden in Luxembourg is just a short trip away. Definitely recommend it.
