The apartment was spotless, and even the small kitchen had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet holiday complex, around 15 minutes on foot from the train station and 4 km by car from the motorway exit, so it worked well as a base for an active holiday. We did miss having direct contact with the hosts. We picked up the keys from a box, returned them there when we left, and paid online, so we didn’t interact with anyone in person. Some people may prefer that setup.

I contacted the place recently to ask about staying there and came away really disappointed. The person who answered the reception phone was rude and unprofessional, and told me they only respond to emails. I emailed as instructed and waited several days, but the reply basically just sent me back to the website, where I hadn’t found the information I needed. I had important questions for a long stay: could we park a large vehicle like a campervan, was early check-in possible, and what about safety and nearby supermarkets? I’d never had such poor customer service, and it took the excitement out of the trip. The place could be great, but the lack of communication and unhelpful responses left me very disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously, since people planning longer stays need clear information and support.

Apartment C8 had a magnificent view from the balcony and was clean and well furnished. I especially liked the corner bench dining area, the eckbank, as a local touch. The mountain lifts, slides, and toboggan rides are within walking distance, and the town center, with its affordable local treats at bakeries and butchers, is about 10 minutes away on foot. It’s a couple of kilometers from the highway, so getting to Munich for a day trip is quick. At the same time, you get rural Bavarian village life with the mountains right at your doorstep. We absolutely loved our stay.

Olga is so friendly, positive, and always ready with advice. The apartment was quiet, clean, and fully equipped, and there are plenty of facilities: a pool, sauna, playroom, table tennis, and underground parking. A lovely place to stay in the area. Thank you so much, we’ll be back!
