The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety, and the service was wonderful. I'd definitely stay here again. Such a great place!

It's a lovely little guesthouse in Sorge, a peaceful place where we could really relax. The owner was friendly and easy to talk to, and settling the bill with the staff went smoothly, followed by a nice short chat. The rooms are simply furnished but fine for a night, and the beds were really comfortable. Two small things bothered me: part of the balcony was very slippery, and the bathroom could have been cleaner, especially around the ceiling and shower. Even so, we had a good stay in this idyllic village in the Harz Mountains. We'd gladly recommend Pension Raststüb'l. All the best! 😊

The breakfast is optional, served at the table, and both plentiful and delicious. It was very good and made to suit us. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The place is beautifully located beside the Harzquerbahn railway in Sorge, and the rooms are functional, clean, and tidy. It's a shame the charming restaurant attached to the guesthouse is closed, but we'd still recommend staying here.

We were passing through on our motorcycles and had planned to stay two nights. After the first night, we moved on. What we saw there didn't feel like a hotel at all.
