We liked the hotel a lot and will definitely return. It's good value for the money. Breakfast was fresh, with enough choice for me, even if the selection wasn't the widest. The rooms are a little dated but clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, with no back pain or anything. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very helpful with me as a non-native German speaker. There are quite a few free parking spaces, though the lot isn't very spacious. The location is central, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Centro is a longer walk, about 50 minutes, but still doable. There are many electric scooters around the city, though I didn't use them.

The staff were nice and the room was clean, but it was too hot without AC. The hotel didn't feel modern or convenient, and breakfast was mediocre. The decor was the most disturbing part. There were pictures of girls and young women on every door and in every room, plus a few of men. It was very weird and made the place feel like a brothel. As a woman, I didn't have a nice experience.

On our way back to England, we spent one night here. For me, the important things are a clean bathroom, comfortable beds, and fresh breakfast. I got all of that for a very affordable price.

The breakfast buffet was very good and greatly priced, less than 5 euro per person. The personnel were very nice, and the hotel is close to the central station. The rooms are very nice too. Only downside is there's no way to boil water for tea or coffee, though there is a filter coffee machine :)

The rooms looked fantastic and stylish, and the team were really friendly and helpful. There's a pool table downstairs for entertainment. The area is a bit far from the main shopping area and the rest. Avoid Easter holidays, when things are closed and the old town part gets a bit drab. Dusseldorf is worth visiting, though, and it's only twenty minutes away.
