Helga is a lovely host who pays close attention to what you need, and she speaks perfect English. She also keeps a filing cabinet full of information about the area. We used the apartment as our base for visiting the Black Forest. It's in Vostburg, a very quiet village, and has two floors: downstairs there's a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace, bathroom, and bedroom; upstairs are two small attic bedrooms. I highly recommend it.

We spent a few wonderful days hiking around the Kaiserstuhl region, and Mrs. Bitzenhofer was a fantastic hostess. The apartment works perfectly for two or more people. The wines were delicious, and the brandies even better. Highly recommended, and thank you!

The welcome was warm, and we got helpful tips for excursions. The holiday apartment was peaceful and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautifully landscaped garden.

The farm is lovely, and the farmers' breakfast they host every July is well worth recommending. The regional dishes were all delicious.

We had a lovely country breakfast with the Bitzenhofer family, and the garden was wonderful.
