The staff were the sweetest and cutest! I was there with friends for a wellness weekend, and we were all impressed by the place. The team made it happen and handled every request, even though we had a vegetarian and a vegan who couldn’t have gluten.

The spa, hotel, and staff were all nice. The food could be better: some items didn’t seem fresh, and even with so much to choose from, I’d rather they left those things off the menu. Sometimes less is more. For a wellness hotel, I’d also expect the spa to stay open later than 8 pm and breakfast to run until 11 instead of only 10.

We enjoyed the pool and the nearby hiking, and the gym, pool, and spa were all top class. The hotel also served delicious, varied breakfasts and dinners. Our standard room was surprisingly spacious, with a bedroom, living room, and two bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and clean, both rooms had large-screen TVs, and the sofa was so comfy you hardly wanted to get up. We stayed two nights in spring, and Oberstaufen’s air felt wonderfully fresh and smelled nice. The setting was peaceful, and all the staff, especially the manager, were attentive and treated us like family. Thanks for a lovely stay. I’d come back and recommend it to anyone.
