We were very happy with our stay. The people were really pleasant, especially Yana at reception, and the spa was very good.

I’m only reviewing the restaurant since I didn’t stay overnight. The staff were very attentive, and service really stands out here. The food was generally good, though it could use a little more character compared with other restaurants nearby. It’s a more modern-looking place than the other local spots, which made for a refreshing change. I’d recommend it.

We had a good range of choices at breakfast, and our room looked out toward the mountains.

The staff who worked there were nice and helpful, but our stay left me thinking about how poorly management handled things. We were given a different room from the one we’d booked, and when we asked about it, they said it wasn’t their fault. This was a while ago, and I still wouldn’t stay there again unless the management changes.

The food was tasty and the service was great. It’s also family friendly, accessible, and welcoming to dogs.
