Hotel Eikamper Höhe

Great breakfast, really nice staff, and a nice hotel.

We had three lovely, restful days here with our dog. The welcome was warm, and the room was roomy enough. The bathroom and bathtub looked a little dated, but everything was clean and worked well. Breakfast had everything you'd want from a good buffet. There's parking beside the building, a lovely view over the countryside, and a great hiking trail right next door. Many thanks again. We'd happily recommend this hotel.

We've stayed here three times now, always booking a family apartment so the four of us have enough space. The hotel is quiet, and our children really enjoy it. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, and even remembered us after we'd been away for almost two years. We stay here when visiting my in-laws. Köln, Leverkusen, and Bergisch Gladbach are all easy to reach, and there are plenty of walking and hiking paths around the hotel. The bus stop is nearby, and you can park right outside. There's also a skate park not far away, so bring a skateboard, inline skates, or a scooter. The town has five playgrounds; we only visited three, and all were just a few minutes away. There's a climbing forest too. Breakfast is very good and plentiful.

We chose the hotel because our dog was having surgery in Bergisch Gladbach. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, with a balcony and tiled floors. Getting the key from the check-in box with the code they sent was super convenient. Breakfast was plenty for us, with eggs, muesli, rolls, and more. The staff were very nice and friendly.
