Best Western Macrander Hotel Frankfurt/Kaiserlei

The surroundings aren’t especially scenic and there isn’t much to do nearby, but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The U-Bahn is about a 10-minute walk away, with downtown Frankfurt reachable in around 15-20 minutes. My room was tidy and well maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of options that made for a pleasant start to the day. Best Western Macrander Hotel Frankfurt/Kaiserlei is a practical choice just outside the city center if cleanliness, breakfast and transport links matter to you.

It’s convenient for getting into Frankfurt city center, about 15 minutes away, and there’s a Lidl, a cinema and plenty of food spots nearby. We also enjoyed a beautiful boat tour on the Main. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and we appreciated the complimentary touches and fun activities the hotel offered. Great value and service, we’d definitely stay again.

The service team were incredible, and the food was really nice. Lovely hotel in a nice location, not too far from everything. I highly recommend it.

The staff were courteous, and the receptionist was always smiling and very helpful. The ambience was good, and the room was relatively clean, though the blanket cover felt odd against my skin, as if it wasn’t cotton. The shower pressure wasn’t great, but everything else was acceptable. I was here for business, and the hotel sits amid heavy traffic, so getting a taxi to stop out front is awkward. I wasn’t impressed with either breakfast or lunch, and both were overpriced. Breakfast cost 19 euro, with fried eggs as the only hot food. Lunch was 29 euro, but the buffet selection was so limited that I hardly ate anything, and soft drinks cost extra. There are hardly any restaurants nearby, so you’re left ordering delivery or going into town to eat.
