The owner is around, takes an interest, and is great company. The place is close to the train station, the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. For an affordable stay, it's great value. I'd recommend it to everyone, five stars!

I paid for three days, but when a family member became ill in a nearby hospital and I had to stay there overnight, the manager refunded my money. He was a really cool, understanding guy, and the service was the best part of the stay. Everyone spoke English, and the manager and another man spoke it perfectly. I stayed at the Raval for one night, and it was a great deal: 55 euros with a good, free, unlimited breakfast. At the time, it was the best online deal in Aufenbauch. It's centrally located, with everything you need close by. The room had a TV and free Wi-Fi.

The staff were super friendly, and the hotel is great value. Public transport is right out front, which made it easy for us to get into Offenbach or Frankfurt.

My second-floor room was clean and fresh, and the breakfast was fantastic. The coffee was good too. Nothing to complain about.
