The reception staff were so nice and showed me to my room. Communication was easy because they speak English. I really loved the staff, and the hotel owner is a very sensible MANN. Thanks for having me at panorama hotel. Chyrs every one, kind regards Robert

The man at reception was polite and very professional. The only issue was the noise from other guests, which went on all night.

The pictures don't match the place at all, and nothing seemed clean. It looks as if the property hasn't been cleaned since those photos were taken. Not worth it, I'd stay somewhere else.

We did enjoy the stay otherwise. The room was clean, and the coffee machine made surprisingly good coffee despite making some terrifying noises. The fan worked well and cooled us down quickly. The TV was pretty useless, with no USB ports and channels that didn't work. The staff member wasn't very friendly and made fun of us, which was disturbing. Maybe his mood had something to do with the smell of dead fish outside, or perhaps live fish. Either way, neither smells good. The location is perfect for hiking fans, since you'll have to walk for 40 minutes to reach the hotel!

For a quick business stay, it was fine, and the price was reasonable for a "messe" weekend in Offenbach. I'd stay again if I were traveling there for one of those weekends, but not for a longer visit. There isn't much around besides residential streets. The staff were super friendly, the room was clean, and breakfast was good, though the room had only the bare essentials. Parking was misleading: there was one spot out front, and our car was blocked in for most of the weekend. It wasn't a big deal since we used taxis anyway. They were doing some construction, so maybe improvements are coming.
