We left less than 30 minutes after arriving because the room was so filthy and unhygienic that we couldn’t stay even one night. We had to find somewhere else at short notice, which brought extra costs and unnecessary stress. Being a budget hotel doesn’t excuse this. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and this place failed completely. We took photos of the room’s condition. I contacted the hotel to ask for a refund, but they haven’t replied at all, which is extremely unprofessional. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Don’t book this hotel!

At 200€ a night, this was nowhere near worth the price. The experience felt worth no more than 40€ at most. I know rates can rise when the city is busy for an event, but basic hotel standards were still missing. The lights didn’t work properly, and the pillows were completely flat and poor quality. When I asked for better ones, staff told me, “That’s all we have.” Reception staff were unprofessional and didn’t seem to know how to handle guests. I regret staying here, and even a free night wouldn’t make me eager to return.

I booked a second night and got the same room again, with the bedding unchanged and the trash still there. Then room service woke me the next morning before checkout time to clean.

We stop here whenever we’re on our way to Romania. It’s worth keeping in mind for work or family trips: the rooms are spotless, the staff are friendly, and the price is very convenient.

A clean little budget hotel on the outskirts of Frankfurt, much like other Ibis hotels. Breakfast was fresh and good, parking was free, and the staff were friendly. I’d recommend it to anyone passing through Frankfurt.
