Loginn Hotel Offenbach

My friend and I had a great stay in Offenbach. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, with comfortable rooms. We especially liked the spacious, well-equipped apartments and the lovely lobby. Staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was excellent too, fresh, varied, and really tasty. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

The rooms were nice, and the check-in staff were friendly. The location was good too, but after this business trip I wouldn't come back. The gym was very dirty, and from Monday through Wednesday there were no clean towels when I went at 8 in the morning. They didn't appear again until Friday, so it seemed nobody had been looking after the place for a few days. Breakfast was the worst part. Though it was served until 10, by 9 the chef said there was no more omelette and we should eat what was left. Some of it seemed old and barely reheated. The only hot meat was rubbery meatballs that tasted like leftovers from earlier days. We paid full buffet price for scraps and yesterday's food. There are better and cheaper options across the street. It's a shame, because better attention to the staff and facilities could make this a place people want to return to. I hope they improve.

The inside is lovely, very new and well cared for, and the staff were friendly. For the price, it's great value. The entrance on the station plaza could use a bit of a refresh to match the interior.

The rooms are spacious and nice, and the station is just a short walk away, with the SBahn right outside. I also like that room service is available only on request.
