We had to cancel our holiday after our dog developed severe paralysis symptoms, so the trip couldn't go ahead. It was a huge disappointment after looking forward to it and getting everything arranged. Not getting our money back made it even more bitter. We didn't find them very friendly, and there was no empathy.

Everything was perfect. It was quiet and clean, we slept very well, and the place was beautiful. They were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and modern, in a very quiet residential area. We and our dog felt completely at home, and the owners were friendly and helpful. It's an ideal spot for hiking in the Sauerland region. Five stars for a wonderful holiday with you!
