There’s plenty of space, it’s well organized, and it has lots of useful things for a longer stay. The place is beautiful and quiet, with no outside disturbances. The drawbacks for me were the lack of Wi-Fi and not being able to adjust the temperature.

Everything was clean and worked as it should, and the organization at Gästehaus Kaiser was flawless during my stay for LogiMAT 2018. The top-floor apartment was the only option left because I booked late, and under the roof it wasn’t a great fit for my size. The stairs inside were much too steep for me, the kitchen was cramped, the sloped ceiling over the bed felt confining, and I could hardly sit comfortably on the toilet. There are no clearly marked parking spaces for the guesthouse, so if you miss a spot beside the building, you’ll need to find parking elsewhere. Still, it’s a practical place to stay fairly close to the exhibition grounds.

The shops are nearby and transport is good, but this place is really great only in summer. There’s room for improvement: they said free Wi-Fi would be available in 2023, which cost them 3 stars. During our 9 days, they didn’t change the towels or bed linen.

A really cozy, clean alternative to staying in a hotel.

Very clean, in a good location, and a very good place to stay.
