The little pool is a real treat for the kids, even though it's quite small. We've spent four summer holidays at this house now, and there are lots of different apartments to choose from. They're modern, near the beach, and handy for restaurants, shops, the spa gardens, and the playground. Prices get pretty high in peak season, though nearly everything seems to be booked.

There's plenty within walking distance, including a bakery, an ice cream shop, and a pizzeria, and the beach is very close. The town center and shops are also just a short walk away. The complex itself is large and pleasant, with underground parking, but the corridors to the apartments are long and winding, broad, dark, and musty smelling. In the evenings we could barely keep the windows open because people nearby were talking so loudly it felt as if they were right outside our door. To me, the layout seems geared toward mass tourism, with balconies close together and lots of noise, especially in the warmer months.

We spent five days in October 2025 in Apartment "Lohme" in House E, and really enjoyed it. The beach is under 100 meters away, Café Zeit is just 20 meters from the apartment, and Mynt restaurant is 50 meters in the other direction. Great spot. From the balcony there's even a partial sea view. The place is bright and nicely furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen and a small but pleasant bathroom. There's also a mini storage room with a broom, shovel, and vacuum cleaner. The balcony has a table, four chairs, and a clothes rack. We had breakfast at Café Zeit, and it was delicious with generous portions. Highly recommended.
