We've been booking here for years and feel right at home. The bakery girls are always kind and friendly, and make you feel welcome. The location is perfect. Thanks for all the wonderful stays.

We had no idea the lot belonged to Rügen Strandhaus Vermietung, and got a very rude note to put on our car. A polite word or friendly heads-up would've gone a long way, especially since we're unfamiliar with the area. The Strandlust house we're staying in is lovely, by the way.

That perfect location and the wonderful years we spent there are why I'm giving three stars. We stayed for a long time, but the prices kept climbing until they became too much. The interior hadn't been renovated, and we eventually found somewhere cheaper, cleaner, and nicer. Friends who owned houses there are making the same move. It's a shame if the place ends up falling apart because the owners want to get rich quickly. Those prices are insane.

The beach is right there behind the dunes, and the spruce trees give the beach houses welcome shade. Such a perfect mix ❤️👌

We keep coming back to Baabe, to the beach house just behind the dunes. Any time of year, it's a holiday stay that sticks with you. Highly recommend it.
