Apartment #155 faced the traffic, so if noise bothers you, ask for one on the opposite side. The location itself was okay, though you can find places with a sea view. The apartment was clean, functional, and fairly comfortable, and good value for money. The design felt a little tasteless. There’s a bakery in the resort open every day from 7-18, which is a big plus. They also provided enough towels, and an iron was available at reception. The kitchen needs proper knives and kitchen cloths. Wi-Fi was a real problem, so don’t count on it. So annoying.

It’s a nice, well-equipped place close to the beach, and Binz center is about 10 minutes away. The walls are very thin, though. Luckily our neighbors were considerate, and I hope they’d say the same about us.

Peaceful stay, with an underground car park and just a few steps to the beach. The apartments are superior and breakfast was tasty. It’s about a 20-minute walk to central Binz, where the pubs and restaurants are.

Generally okay, but the place needs maintenance. The basement garage is in poor shape, with missing lights. After rain, you need rubber boots to reach some parking spots with dry feet. The maintenance staff won’t listen to customers and get agitated or aggressive. Our apartment also had a stained carpet. The cleaning crew doesn’t understand German, so you can’t even ask them for another towel.

They’d forgotten our reservation. At check-in they asked for 20 euro more for the spa-tax, and nobody had told me about it beforehand. They got mad when I looked confused about having to pay extra. The reception staff’s English was poor. The rooms weren’t very clean and smelled of cigarettes.
