There was serious mold in both bedrooms and the bathroom. The beds sagged, some of the bed slats were broken, and the electrical appliances couldn't be used. The rental service was very poor: the booking confirmation was wrong, and when we reported the problems, the on-site support staff wouldn't take responsibility. The property manager was extremely unfriendly, uncooperative, and inflexible. It seemed like they wanted to make a lot of money with very little effort. The price for what we got was completely unacceptable.
