The apartment itself was fine and had everything needed, though I found the bed very soft. What really kept me from resting was the noise from the neighboring restaurant or hotel. Garbage cans were delivered several times a day, and at 5 a.m. I was woken by them banging over the pavement as they were put out for collection. I didn't get any real rest.

We’ve visited Binz many times, but apartment 29 was by far our most disappointing rental. The parking is included in the price, though it’s quite a walk away, especially with luggage. There’s no place to load or unload nearby. We got the key 45 minutes late because the cleaners hadn’t finished. That was unlucky, and there are ways to pass the time in Binz, but once inside we found the apartment dirty and sandy. There was peeling paint under the windows, and under the sofa was absolutely unacceptable, especially since we had to move it. Several things were broken, including the refrigerator and the floor. It’s hard to see how the high accommodation cost was justified, and the €70 cleaning fee especially could have been avoided. Such a shame, very disappointing!

The house worked well for a week's holiday for two people, and we'd stay again. The parking area is a bit of a walk, though it’s included in the price. Cleanliness was underwhelming, and the shower wasn't sealed properly, so the bathroom flooded after every shower. For cleanliness, I'd give it two or three stars.

We liked having a balcony and kitchenette, and the bathroom was bright with enough room. Our little room, number 11, was great value. The beach is right there, while parking is at the Binz Mitte lot about 700 meters away, so there’s no need to reserve a space separately.
