Apartment 25 is in a fantastic location, but that's the only good thing I can say about our New Year's stay. The furniture is badly worn, the interior doors are crooked, squeaky, and won't shut properly, and the toilet flush only worked now and then. Worst of all, the coffee machine was completely moldy and unusable. It feels like the place was renovated once 30 years ago and has been milked ever since. The price and quality haven't matched for a long time. Five stars for the location, none for the apartment itself.

The dishwasher runs but leaves the dishes dirty, and there aren't any cleaning supplies for doing a quick clean. In apartment 2, the furnishings are extremely cheap and worn, and the children's room window won't open. The location is great.

The little apartment was really nice and everything was in order. Being in the second row isn't the best, but it's okay. Just a few meters to the promenade, which is great. Pictures to come. Cheers, Erik 😉

We had apartment 17, on the ground floor, and there was plenty of room for our family of five and our dog. The stairs are easy to manage, and shops are just around the corner. The landlords were friendly and tried to find solutions. Parking is the one weak point, since spaces are limited and tricky. Reserve one right away and give them your vehicle's size so they can assign a suitable spot. I've learned that for next time.

The promenade had a lively stream of pedestrians, and the view was nice. Apartment No. 10 was a good size, but the beds were far too hard, while the sofa was so soft I struggled to get up from it. One of the shower's rubber seals was completely moldy.
