Booking this place was my mistake. I paid 154.90€ for one night, arriving at 10 pm and checking out at 11:30 the next morning, but they charged city tax for two days and gave no receipt. They also charged twice for car parking. There was no tea, coffee, kettle, water, or minibar. Sorry, I really can't recommend it. No recommendation.

The staff were friendly and everything was spotless, but the rooms felt old-fashioned and a bit short on style. The spa, with its pool and sauna, is quite small, and breakfast was nothing special. It’s 15 minutes from the seafront, on a busy road. That's enough to put me off returning.

The rooms were very clean and breakfast was nice. But the carpet in the hall smelled, and the street outside was really loud, since it's Rügen's main road. Next time, even in the off season, I'll pay a bit more for somewhere near the beach.

We found the breakfast balanced and it worked well for us as vegetarians. The hotel is in a great spot, with a lovely lakeside walk to the beach that takes about seven minutes. The team were helpful and cheerful throughout, and extra towels and bathrobes were brought to us for free when we asked. We booked on the evening we arrived, at short notice, and showed up at noon, well before the official 3 pm check-in. They welcomed us warmly, took us straight to a room, and the owner personally showed us around the hotel and checked that we were happy with the room. We felt looked after in a way you don't always get. Great value for money, and we’ll definitely come back! Best wishes from Max and Angelina from Zwickau.
