You’ll need to be a good walker here because the apartment is up on a mountain, so it’s downhill to the beach and uphill again on the way back. Aside from that, the apartment is exceptionally well equipped, one of the most complete suites I’ve seen. The staff were very polite, and changing our dates was no problem.

It’s about a ten-minute walk to the beach and town, though the apartment is up a hill with an 11% incline, so you should be reasonably fit. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely come back. The apartment is lovely and bright, well furnished and in a great location.

The parking arrangement wasn’t ideal. I skipped the underground garage because it’s very narrow, getting in is a challenge, and the platform lift stacks cars on top of each other. I preferred to park on the street and risk getting a ticket. The apartment itself was very nice. Its kitchen has a table, chairs and a door, which meant I could sit there without heating the whole place, useful because it was quite cold at the end of September. The bathroom has no window, but everything you need, including a makeup mirror. They’d even thought of little extras like decorations, a notepad and pen, matches and candles. I don’t need a TV in the bedroom, the one in the living room is plenty.

Breakfast was excellent, and we’d happily stay here again. We booked an apartment with a living room and integrated kitchen, plus a separate bedroom with access to the bathroom. I did miss having a TV in the bedroom, but that’s a small thing. It’s a very nice hotel.
