Apartment No. 6 is large enough, but it’s only suitable for up to 5 people. The furnishings are mediocre, and some pieces are quite old. There were just 3 cushions for the plastic chairs, and 2 were broken. The refrigerator was dirty and completely iced over; the toilet and bathroom sink were cracked, the privacy film was badly installed, and a lightbulb was broken. For what you get, it’s overpriced. We’ll find somewhere else next time.

Binz is a beautiful town, but next time we’d definitely look for more modern accommodation. We stayed at Villa Hans in apartment 6 upstairs from July 7th to July 21st, 2023. It’s centrally located, with the beach, pier, and various shops about 5-10 minutes away on foot. Picking up the key at Rujana's office was quick, and the staff member was friendly. The apartment was adequate for the price, though it could have been more modern. The refrigerator is small, there’s no air conditioning, and the light, doorknob, and freezer compartment door were broken. The sofa cushions need replacing. The bathroom privacy screen starts in the living area, which we consider a safety hazard. Wi-Fi is available and works if you can connect, but it’s worth checking regularly whether you’re online or using mobile data. Each apartment has a parking space on the property, but it can be a squeeze depending on the vehicle. Two station wagons would certainly have trouble parking there. Street parking is available, but it costs extra. Bikes and strollers can go in the so-called bicycle shed, though its combination lock doesn’t seem very secure or sturdy.

It’s a charming little apartment, and we were very happy with it. Everything we needed was there, and the location is central with the beach not far away. I stayed here on holiday with my family and would gladly come back.

The beach and town center are both very close, and we were happy with our stay. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Great apartment, highly recommend it. We’d love to return next year.
