The apartment and its location are great, but there were cobwebs on the kitchen floor. Strandmeer.de used the neighboring apartment as a base for its cleaning staff, and the noise was a problem, from 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM onward, then again from 10:00 PM, when they were dressed up and shouting to each other. Talking to them didn’t change anything. What a shame.
The beach is so close, maybe 100 meters away, and the apartment is handy for reaching Binz’s main sights. Everything was clean, and it had everything we needed for three people. Booking and picking up the keys were easy. This is the best holiday rental we’ve found in Binz so far, and we’ll definitely come back.
We knew there was construction going on and made the best of it. Apartment 4 in Villa Maria was clean, well furnished, and in a very convenient spot. The only real drawback was the underground garage, which is suited to small cars. We booked through Rügenlotse and had no other complaints. We’d book it again.
The apartments are clean, well kept, and have what you need. It’s a quiet spot, running parallel to the spa promenade.
You can walk to the beach and town center without much trouble, and the apartments were clean. Parking nearby isn’t possible, though there’s a handy underground garage a few streets away. Great location.
