Villa Seeschloss (Strandpromenade Binz)

We stayed in apartment number 15, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with a direct sea view and a perfect location. It was functionally furnished and had everything we needed, plus a nicely renovated bathroom. A beach chair and either an underground or regular parking space are usually included with the apartment. The arrangements were very professional and just as expected. If we return to Binz, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Apartment 32 was clean, tastefully furnished, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, close to everything yet quiet. The beach, with a beach chair included, is across the promenade. There’s free parking behind the building, an elevator, and bicycle storage. A perfect holiday, and we’d love to come back!

The location is fantastic, and apartment number 14 has a great layout. But if the radio worked, the TV were a decent set, the white towels weren’t disgustingly dirty, and the cleaning had been done properly, I could easily recommend it. The apartment is very noisy, too. Our neighbors’ child ran around from 6:00 a.m. onward, which was especially frustrating over New Year’s when we wanted to sleep in. On the lovely terrace, only one chair is decent. The other three, scattered around, are a joke, especially with the cleaning fee they charge. After a week, I still hadn’t received my €200 deposit back. Why am I the one paying the deposit instead of the landlord? At these prices, I can’t recommend the Seeschloss, or at least apartment 14.

Apartment 27 made the stay. We had a direct sea view from the balcony, and the place was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and had access to a sauna. Ostseegenuss had filled the fridge perfectly. Everything was an easy walk away. Best regards.
