We came for a wedding and ate in both the bar and restaurant, though we didn't stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were excellent. The food is quite pricey, as you'd expect at a place like this.

After a windy September walk on the beach with our dog, we had a good cocktail on the terrace. The bartender was lovely and professional, and the bar looked smart and cozy. The big patio must be a lovely spot for a summer sundowner.

We had a fabulous dinner in the fourth-floor gourmet restaurant, with a dramatic sunset view. The creative menu was excellent and came with very good wines. Service was perfect and really friendly. Highly recommend it as a holiday highlight, well worth the price.

The location is hard to beat, and the beach is amazing. It's a great hotel for children, with friendly staff and good food. The rooms and facilities are well maintained, though they're starting to show their age a little.

The staff were friendly and let me use the fitness center even though I wasn't staying at the hotel. One suggestion: keep the sand out so the place stays clean.
