I booked about ten days ago, then my wife got sick five days ago and I tried to cancel the trip. I was already disappointed that a hotel wouldn't allow a free cancellation in circumstances like these. What made it worse was the abysmal, unprofessional service from this "establishment": the "management" never replied to my emails or to the follow-up messages from booking.com. I'm very disappointed and obviously won't bother with them again. Shame on all of you!

The apartment is in a great spot right in the town centre. My only gripe is that there's no oven.

The friendly, accommodating service made us feel very comfortable. Apartment 20 is spacious and well laid out, with room for one to six people and everything needed for a holiday. It's around a five-minute walk to the beach, and shops are right outside. Inside there's a coffee maker, hairdryer, fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, and excellent mattresses. Furniture is provided for the small balcony, where you can unwind in the middle of town. There's a laundromat about a ten-minute walk away, and drying racks are supplied.

The only real plus was being close to shops and the beach, though getting to the beach involves a steep climb. The apartment sits right beside a busy shopping arcade, and we were disappointed by our stay. We booked several off-season nights with our toddler, but the room was dirty and moldy, and the furniture was grimy and run-down.
