Villa Strandmuschel - FeWo 06

There’s a decent-sized balcony that’s partly covered, but tall trees block the sea view. The apartment is on the second floor, up 40 steps, with no elevator. The bathroom is a little cramped, and the shower has a high step.

We spent four days in apartment number 1, on the ground floor across from the parking lot. The location is excellent, central and close to the beach, and the furnishings are nice. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom is dated, though, with an unpleasant smell that seemed to come from the drain, and the shower cubicle could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Despite that, we’d recommend the apartment.

Apartment 3, on the ground floor, had a partly covered balcony at the back, and the shower had a very high step to get into. Otherwise, everything was really good. The place is wonderfully situated for all sorts of activities, but it’s advertised for up to four people and is too small for that.

Villa Strandmuschel is in a traffic-calmed area, within easy walking distance of the beach promenade, and there’s secure bicycle parking. The apartment is beautifully furnished, with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It has everything you need, and the Baltic Sea is just a short walk away. From the balcony, the sea view is open in autumn and winter; in summer you can hear the sea. We were completely happy with our stay and would gladly come back.
