The facilities are good, the Baltic Sea is close, and Prerow is a beautiful place worth seeing. The setting is lovely, but our stay left a bad feeling. We still haven’t had our security deposit returned after almost two months, and the owners don’t answer calls or emails. I’m writing this because I don’t know another way to get their attention. That’s no way to treat paying guests. We travel to the Baltic Sea often and have never had this happen elsewhere. The advertised Wi-Fi wasn’t available either. An employee said the IT manager had emigrated to Sweden. Be careful when booking this holiday complex.

We had a lovely New Year’s stay as four people, and the complex is right behind the dunes. The apartment had what we needed, including two bathrooms. But there was no Wi-Fi. We were told the IT employee had emigrated, so it couldn’t be repaired at the time. The biggest issue is that our deposit still hasn’t been transferred back. They haven’t replied to email, and the website no longer exists.

The complex was so quiet, with cars left at the entrance and a trolley for taking luggage to the apartment. We really enjoyed the direct beachfront setting and the peaceful, relaxing stay. The modern apartment had everything we needed, and having two balconies, one covered, was a real plus.

We returned to this resort for New Year’s again. It’s in a good spot, practical, and the reception staff were friendly, but the internet wasn’t working and there was no price reduction. Worse, the contract says the €200 deposit should be returned within two weeks, and once again it wasn’t. Never again. The audacity keeps getting worse. Your reply to my post is a complete lie. As of February 15, 2026, I still hadn’t received my deposit.
