The room was pretty average by current standards, and the service was below average. The nearby swimming option is nice to have, but the sauna costs extra. Paying another charge for parking is hard to accept when the room costs 100€ a night. There are lots of stairs from the garage to the apartment with luggage. For the price, the value isn't great, especially since the location isn't prime.

Everything was fine and clean, and there's a shop nearby.

The service was friendly, and the apartment was spacious and very nice. The furniture and electronics all worked well. Prices vary with the season and the size, but it's affordable. I won't comment on the location itself, it speaks for itself. We're very satisfied and would gladly come back.

We usually stay here when we're in Sellin. It's central, and you can choose an apartment size to suit your needs since there are different layouts. Just be aware there's no elevator.
