We paid €800 for our last holiday of the year, just the two of us, hoping to relax and recharge. Instead, I came away incredibly disappointed. I’d also become ill and needed to rest, but that was impossible in this holiday apartment. The regular tenants next door were very noisy. When we asked whether there was another solution, the only answer was that she would talk to them. At night, one tenant played Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony, and there was also noise from the hotel staff next door. There was absolutely no customer service. For that much money, it’s outrageous.

I was very unhappy with my stay. The apartment looks old, the toilet keeps leaking, and there’s nobody on site to speak to. The receptionist was extremely rude. At this price I expected much more, so I can’t recommend it.

The location is great, but there’s basically no service. We got no parking information, had to get the key via a cot, and weren’t given a spa card, so we couldn’t use anything for free. The double room had no wardrobe, and the toilet still had scratches from previous guests. It was roughly clean, but could have been cleaned better.

The rooms are a little dated, but clean and tidy. Reception staff were very friendly. It’s right in central Sellin, less than 500m from the pier.

The room was fairly modern, and both it and the beds were clean. We could use the in-room refrigerator for free, and the hotel matched its description. It’s on the promenade and not far from the beach. There was no soap, and more parking spaces would be useful. Getting to a room in the annex is a bit more complicated, but still manageable.
