Haus Sonne

We stayed in Apartment 1 for a few nights, five adults and one toddler. The rooms were clean, with a huge balcony, large dining table, two toilets, and a super comfortable sofa. They'd provided all sorts of useful things: soap, dishwasher tablets, dish towels, cleaning supplies, plenty of toilet paper, and an extra towel for the bath or shower floor. We also appreciated the friendly, straightforward phone communication and that they arranged bed linens and towels for us at short notice. The location is ideal, with the beach just a few minutes' walk away and the bus stop right outside. Everything was fantastic!

The balcony was huge, the sofa bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we have no complaints at all. We look forward to another holiday at Haus Sonne.

The beds were the one drawback for us. They felt a bit small if you're used to 1.80m-wide beds at home, and, more than that, much too firm. Some people may like mattresses that hard, but we'd personally find medium firmness more sensible. Apart from that, we had everything we needed: a shower and bathtub, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, bowls, a coffee machine, and a kettle. The place is charmingly furnished and feels like home right away. The hostess was very friendly, gave us tips for Rügen, and let us leave the car in the parking lot a little longer on departure day so we could go to the beach again. We had a wonderful stay at Haus Sonne, will definitely recommend it, and will certainly come back.

Apartment 1 felt like home as soon as we arrived. It was spotless and really lovely, and the landlord was top-notch. We’ll definitely come back next year.
