Mr. Olthoff, the caretaker and on-site handyman, is the heart and soul of this place. We love coming back to Villa Seerose, where we enjoy the sauna and fireplace, and the amenities leave nothing to be desired. Yesterday we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights from the terrace. We can also highly recommend "Zur Kajüte," "Zum Skipper," and the restaurant on the pier. Already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Seerose ❤️

The location is fantastic, right on Wilhelmstrasse and only a few minutes from the beach, with parking just outside. We stayed in apartment 01 and had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy, and we had all we needed to cook. The bathroom was roomy and modern, with a hairdryer too. We’d happily come back and recommend the apartment.

We had everything we needed for a lovely week with our three children and dog, and we’d be glad to return. The apartments were spotless, roomy, modern, and newly furnished. Parking right outside and a bicycle shed are included. The building is centrally located on Wilhelmsstrasse, with shops and restaurants right nearby, and the beach and pier just a few minutes away. Thanks so much!

Sellin is a peaceful seaside resort with traditional charm, and the complex is only a few minutes from the beach and pier. The house and apartments are well kept, modern, and have all the essentials. The maintenance staff and caretaker were friendly and quick to help, and everything was very clean.

Apartment 13 in Villa Seerose has been our best vacation rental so far, despite having stayed in several others. We’re very satisfied with it: a great location, very clean, and friendly staff at the rental office.
