The breakfast was easily worth the small extra charge, and the new proprietors were friendly and well organized. We found the accommodations charming and clean, and the location was great. The bathroom was roomy, though the shower felt a little small for it, and the light fixtures were a bit kitschy. Still, we were comfortable and would highly recommend staying here.

Fisherhude is familiar to us since family lives nearby, but it’s still a lovely place to explore. In summer, the biergarten across the street is especially nice for a drink or dinner. The hotel itself was clean, with a spacious room that had a double bed, desk, chairs, table, closet and TV, plus an enclosed bedroom for the children. There was no tea or coffee making facility, and unfortunately the shower was broken. The bathroom had a washbasin and toilet, and everything was clean. We could open the windows, and Wi-Fi was free. The staff were very friendly.

We had dinner here too, and it did not disappoint. Breakfast was simple, fresh and good. We stayed two nights in a top floor room, which was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was generous in size, with both a bath and a shower, and the shower had good pressure. Guten appetit!
