Valentina and the staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to make my visit flawless. The room was extremely comfortable, the hotel amenities were superb, and the breakfast was beyond belief, worth the stay on its own. I had an amazing time at this wonderful hotel. Make it your home in Regensburg for a truly special, unforgettable experience.

The hotel and surrounding area are quiet, and the balcony looks out toward the Mountains on the horizon. The rooms are large and comfortable, and breakfast is very good, with plenty of Bavarian specialties. A very nice Best Western Plus Hotel for relaxing. I recommend it without reservation.

We were happy with our room, and both the hotel and its location were lovely during our five-night stay. The staff were friendly, and the spa was very nice. The cleaning let things down: housekeeping didn’t do a good job, and we found bugs in the room, including silverfish in the bathroom. The pool was so cold I couldn’t use it.

The rooms are comfy, and dinners at the hotel restaurant are very good. The spa is great, with a good Finnish sauna outside. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

6/10
The outdoor hot water pool and sauna are real highlights. The sauna has three showers at different temperatures, and the area is nicely designed, with appealing lighting and sound that make it relaxing. The restaurant serves tasty food with excellent service, and a robot delivering dishes to the tables is a memorable modern touch. The BW Plus has an Old and a New wing. The Old wing feels cozy, while the New wing is modern but has cleanliness problems. Several guests have reported flies in rooms in the newer building, which suggests its maintenance standards may not be as high as in the older section. The service areas could also be cleaner, especially the tables near the stairs. Overall, the newer building and some shared areas need better cleaning, though the amenities and dining are good.
