I wasn’t clear on the smoking policy. When I got into my room, it was marked non-smoking, but the smell of tobacco was overwhelming. I left the window fully open for about an hour and the odor was still unbearable. I arrived at 22:50, with reception closing at 23:00, so I couldn’t even ask to change rooms. As someone who doesn’t smoke, the experience was a nightmare. The interiors also look pretty worn out. I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The bathroom was clean, and the room itself was clean too. Self-service check-in worked fine. The curtains could use some care, though, and the hotel as a whole feels outdated. My main problem was sleeping. The hotel is close to the train station, so there was noise several times overnight. The bed, mattress, and pillows seemed old and low quality, and I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning settings. It was too warm to sleep well.

The manual check-in after 10 pm worked really well. The price for the quality was quite reasonable, and I’d stay here again.

Getting here is easy by train, by car, or on foot, and the location is outstanding. The place was very quiet and relaxing, with friendly staff.

We were traveling as a family and only stopped for a night. With small, impatient children, it was practical to go straight to the room using the access code sent by email instead of waiting at reception. The receptionist was also nice and, most of all, very helpful. Our family room was small but had what we needed. Parking is free right next to the hotel, although we spent a while trying to find the entrance at night. The nightly price was very pleasant, and we’re happy to recommend it.
