The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and squeaked loudly. The room didn’t feel clean either: the chairs, table, and curtains were dirty. The towels were probably clean, but didn’t feel fresh, and the dark bed sheets made it hard to tell if they were clean. We had vaccination certificates but were still told to get a Covid test before entering, though we later found out we didn’t need one. The welcome wasn’t really a welcome, just being handed a key and sent off. Before we even went in, we were considering finding somewhere else. It wasn’t worth the price.

Everything looked beautiful, inside and out, and the rooms were clean. There’s a self-catering kitchen, laundry space, excellent Wi-Fi, furniture, and housekeeping. MacDonald is nearby too. I loved this nice place for a stay in Papenburg, Germany.

The place is centrally located, and the welcome was so well organized it made me want to stay forever. It’s hard to leave such a wonderful place, but Papenburg and the Meyer Werft shipyard are worth exploring. If you’re visiting, definitely book this accommodation. Such great value for money. Shops and restaurants are near the guesthouse, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you need. It’s excellent value for money. If I need to stay overnight in Papenburg again, I’ll definitely stay at Büürma's.
