The staff at Schloss Art Hotel were incredibly welcoming and kind. They even hugged me when I checked out. I had forgotten to extend my booking by a day, but they were understanding and flexible at checkout and didn't make a fuss. That was really excellent service. Breakfast was a lovely start to the day, with several kinds of cheese and smoked salmon. The hotel is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. I had a wonderful stay, and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommended!

We came for the Christmas Markets and stayed at Hotel Schloss Ort. The owner gave us a warm welcome, and the staff showed us to our room and invited us to breakfast the next morning. The buffet was amazing, with food from local farms. We loved the view over the Inn river, and the markets and historic sites were an easy walk away. We loved our stay and will definitely return to Hotel Schloss Ort.

Our top-floor room looked out over the Danube and the city, and we could walk to everything from this small hotel in the heart of Old Town. We appreciated the friendly welcome at reception, the most comfortable bed, Netflix on the TV, and the little tea setup, refrigerator and table. The extra room was a bonus, and we liked the green practices, including glass containers for everything. We didn't realize breakfast wasn't included in the room price, so we had an extra charge at checkout. The unique riverside location was lovely, though that was the only downside.

We stayed one night at Hotel Schloss Ort Passau before starting a cycle tour and really enjoyed it. I only wish we could've stayed longer. The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful town, and the staff were as helpful as could be. Breakfast was plentiful and good, for a reasonable extra cost. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

The terrace was lovely, with comfortable seating and the river right in front of us. It was incredibly peaceful, with unforgettable views and a kind of quiet that's hard to find. Our room was cozy and spotless, with real attention to detail, and breakfast was made with organic local products. We loved our stay in this little paradise and will definitely be back.
