The area was peaceful and quiet, which made it a nice place for a family holiday. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was really kind and friendly. We did have a bit of trouble with water backing up in the shower enclosure, but aside from that, everything was good.

I had to stay in a tent for the night after arriving late on my motorbike. The manager asked me to pay €30 as soon as I got off, for one person and no electricity. It was late and there wasn't anywhere nearby, so I didn't have another option.

The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated them letting us stay. We were passing through with our caravan, and they managed to find us a pitch at short notice. Electricity was available if we needed it, and we could use the guesthouse toilet and shower. They also sell cold drinks and homemade jam. We didn't get to see much of the area, but Markt Schwaben nearby has everything you need.

We had plenty of room at the campsite, a lovely view, and a warm welcome when we arrived for the weekend in our camper. It's easy to get around by bike, including to the beer gardens and the train station for Munich. The sanitary facilities were clean and adequate. The grass could have been mowed, but it didn't cost them a star. A great spot for a short trip.
