The staff made us feel at home, with a warm welcome and a good sense of humor. Breakfast had loads of tasty choices, too. Our dogs were welcome, which made traveling with the whole family much easier. The apartment had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to unwind. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were lovely. Breakfast had plenty of good-quality options. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive outside Hannover, and having parking on site was a welcome bonus.

Breakfast was plentiful, with a good range of choices. We had two comfortable rooms, one at the front and one at the back, and I didn't notice road noise from my front room. The hotel felt very 'covid safe' while the staff stayed friendly and helpful. We were passing through Hannover for a night and would stay here again.

We couldn't sleep: the room was over 26.5°C, with no air conditioning or even a fan, and loud music from the hotel had our pillows vibrating until around two-thirty or three in the morning. We had paid extra for a double bed and didn't get one. Staff were not even present, and there was no way to reach them. Absolutely not worth the money. Worst hotel experience of my life. Avoid at all costs.
