The landlords were very nice, and the property could have a lot more potential. But the kitchen hygiene was terrible: the dishes were old and dirty, and the oven, fridge, and dishwasher were grimy and in a dilapidated state. We only used the bare necessities and didn’t want to cook. There also aren’t many good restaurants nearby. The rooms were dark and didn’t feel comfortable, and the furnishings were extremely dated and mismatched. Wi-Fi was poor and sometimes unavailable. The TV was only a little bigger than a postcard. The bed was very old, with thin, hard mattresses that creaked. The garden might seem great to some, but I found it natural rather than beautiful or inviting. It might be adventurous for children. All in all, it was uncomfortable, and I wouldn’t book here again.

We slept really well, and the place had everything we needed despite the simple furnishings. The hosts were lovely, and the price for what you get was excellent. We’d happily return.
