We've stayed in Norbert Kos's holiday homes twice now. They're basic, but have what you need. The upstairs place fits three adults and two kids, with a nice living space, sofa and TV. The internet is good, the little kitchen has a mini dishwasher, and there's hot water. It's warm enough to be a good option in winter, too. Both places have a fantastic view. On a clear night, the sky is breathtaking, with more stars than at any five-star hotel. Mr. Kos is a fun, pleasant guy, and sharing a coffee with him is always nice. I'd recommend staying here and seeing for yourself.

Truly disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend it. The beds sagged, and the furniture was old and worn. The house was filthy and smelled bad, with mold in the bathroom and several cockroaches. Upstairs, the carpet was dirty. There weren't enough dishes, the used dishcloth in the kitchen stank, and the bedding was all mixed up. The owner washes it himself.

Being so far from Lake Constance was a letdown, and the accommodation was run-down. There was construction noise right outside the door, which made the trip disappointing.

Everything was very clean, and we had a really lovely stay in Mr. Kost's holiday home. The furnishings were simple, but that was fine.
